OTIEC Refunds: A 100% refund will be issued if Vol State cancels the class. Students also have the option to transfer to the next available offering. Students must cancel at least 10 business days prior to the start of class to be eligible for a refund. OTIEC Transfers: Cancellations made 5 to 9 business days prior to the start of class are eligible for one transfer to a different class offering. No Refunds or Transfers: No-shows without prior contact are not eligible for refunds or transfers. The Vol State OTIEC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, limit enrollment, split or combine classes, and change instructor and room assignments, as necessary.
