    This class introduces students to the fundamentals of 3D printing, from design to production.

    Students will learn the basics of 3D modeling, printer operation, material selection, and post-processing, while also exploring real-world applications of additive manufacturing.

    Learning Objectives:
    By the end of the course, students will be able to:
    ● Understand how 3D printers work and the different types of 3D printing technologies.
    ● Safely operate a 3D printer and troubleshoot common issues.
    ● Create simple 3D models using beginner-friendly CAD tools.
    ● Prepare files for printing (slicing, supports, infill, scaling, etc.).
    ● Select appropriate materials for different applications.
    ● Evaluate finished prints and perform basic post-processing.
    ● Apply creative and engineering thinking to design projects.
